Memphis Urban Sketchers

These two are from the Peabody Hotel way back in August. Can I say that I love this watercolor coffee cup?


The people in the upper left were at the Peabody watching the ducks.


Downtown Farmers Market in September. I walked around and drew a map of places to return to to shop after sketching.




These three are from the Beale Street Holiday Parade. It was cold and rainy and fun!

Elizabeth, I like all your sketches but simply love the one of the Peabody with the WC cup! Great work!
I hope to meet you in Memphis someday to sketch. My husband and I recently returned from Xmas with our
newlywed son and his wife, and our other son from Pittsburgh. We had a wonderful Xmas and had cocktails at the
Peabody. No time to sketch though....next time!
