Christmas Parade
Waiting for the parade to start
Floats, bands, a horse and the Lifeblood... big plush drop of blood
More bands, another horse and a Yellow Cab
Floats, characters and color guard
My favorite part: marching bands

Church Health Center Holiday Card
The Church Health Center commissioned me to create a painting for their annual holiday card. I painted this image of a baby being lifted up by a man (a doctor?) to symbolize their mission of caring for the body and spirit. Donate a minimum of $10 and send these cards in the honor of someone special. I appreciate the good work that the Church Health Center does, and I also appreciate that they have taken the time to acknowledge me as the artist. See more information here.

Poplar Ave.
Poplar Avenue 8/11/10
I remember this being the last thing on Poplar headed east when I was a kid, and it did not look this good at the time. Now everything is built up around it, and it is home to a law firm. a guy was painting the front porch when I sketched it.

More Cooper Young I Forgot to Post Earlier
The name tag is from the Cooper Young Invitational Exhibit opening at David Perry Smith Gallery. The pirate ship was on Nelson in someone's front yard the night of the Cooper Young 4-miler.
