Memphis Monday: Food Truck Friday

The Dixon Gallery and Gardens has Food Truck Fridays in their courtyard. I stopped by there recently and enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken and shrimp salad from StickEm Food Truck.

But first, I sketched it!
