I remember this being the last thing on Poplar headed east when I was a kid, and it did not look this good at the time. Now everything is built up around it, and it is home to a law firm. a guy was painting the front porch when I sketched it.

The name tag is from the Cooper Young Invitational Exhibit opening at David Perry Smith Gallery. The pirate ship was on Nelson in someone's front yard the night of the Cooper Young 4-miler.
